Roxio toast for windows xp7/12/2023 Find the DVD/CDROM icon, click on the + alongside to expand it and you will see an icon and text information for each CD/DVD device installed. Right click My Computer, select properties, then hardware, Device Manager. (3) What is the recorder you're using, please. (2) What is the version number of the software? Please run Creator Classic, then hit Help > About Creator Classic (in the top toolbar) and tell me the version number which shows in the box which pops up. (1) Did the OEM version you're using come associated with the recorder you're using? Would you please answer the following questions for me? However I do need to know more information about your system before I can hope to try and help. A goodly proportion of Roxio users have OEM versions, and a goodly proportion of those use Drag to Disc quite happily without adverse results - you just have to be careful what you use it for. I don't propose to abandon you because you have an OEM version of the software, or because you use our sponsor's fine product, Drag to Disc. Just because Roxio Support (the Roxio employees) doesn't provide official support to OEM versions is no reason for the forums to segregate you, and in fact these forums are here in part for "those people who are not entitled to paid support" from Roxio.
